The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

As your coach I provide a supportive role to help guide you through the process of achieving specific personal or professional goals.

Although there are some common denominators, coaching is different from psychotherapy and counseling since coaching clients do not have a diagnosis as the primary goal to be resolved. Additionally, the focus with the coaching client is to move forward instead healing the past, as is the case often times in therapy.

I help my coaching clients set and accomplish goals using a variety of tools and techniques. I also help reinforce and strengthen strategies as they continue to grow and expand their lives, relationships and businesses.

Specifically, I can assist you to better manage and organize time, set and achieve goals, complete projects, improve personal effectiveness in business settings, increase career satisfaction, enhance personal growth, improve interpersonal and professional communication, dealing effectively with conflict, and assist with personal changes in your life.

Depending on your interests, goals and objectives, we will together develop an action plan intended to achieve all your goals goals.

I am a graduate of The Institute for Life Coach Training and The Relationship Coaching Institute, and I have offering coaching services since 1998.
